Upon successful payment of ?49 (one-time, non-recurring), you receive the following:

• Access to 2 introductory training videos on digital skills and online earning
• Upon completing both videos, you are automatically enrolled into the DigiSkillMantra affiliate platform at no additional charge
• The affiliate platform allows you to refer others and earn commissions on successful referrals
• Login credentials and access instructions are sent to your registered email address

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information during the purchase process
• Your login credentials are personal and must not be shared with others
• You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any training content
• You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access

4. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized copying or distribution of training materials
• Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape platform content

5. Intellectual Property

All content on DigiSkillMantra — including videos, graphics, and training materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of DigiSkillMantra. No content may be copied, shared, or used outside the platform without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

DigiSkillMantra provides educational content for informational purposes. We do not guarantee specific income outcomes. Results depend entirely on the individual effort and application of the learner.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
